Spain's South
This past weekend I was able to travel to the South of Spain getting the chance to stop in Granada, Seville, Cadiz, and Cordoba. WOW. These cities were beautiful and had unexpected surprises in each. A friend and I went on a trip with study abroad students for four days. It was quite the experience, I hadn't been reminded of how different my life has become than when I tried to fit in with 20 and 21 year olds again. (Which I don't plan on doing ever again).
Granada, Spain --

The Alhambra was sold out of tickets that day, luckily I already had planned on seeing it when I am back in Granada in June. So I wasn't too bummed, although seeing it twice wouldn't be the worse thing in the world. It was a perfect day, chilly with sun in the morning and almost too hot in the afternoon. We walked to one of the highest points there to overlook the city and see the walls of the Alhambra - stopping for tapas and a cold beer halfway up. It was a little hazy but so worth it. On the other side, there were a few campers and they had me wishing I could live in one and just travel through this continent. It was amazing. The streets leading up to the top were just picturesque, white with other pops of color. Still amazed and confused how they fit cars through these winding, tight roads - but props to who do!!

We also visited Sevilla, Cadiz, and Cordoba!! All cities were wow. I will be back to Granada and hopefully Sevilla, as well. There is so much history in all the cities.
